Yes, we are sufficiently bonded and insured. If you need, we will be happy to provide our insurance documentation.

Can I get a quote over the phone?

No, it is impossible to be accurate over the phone. Plus we want to
meet you and understand your expectations and concerns. We schedule quotes at your convenience, Monday-Friday and we will provide your quote via email, fax or snail mail.

Do you do billing?

Yes, we do. Talk to us about your needs and company invoicing.

Do you accept Credit Cards?

Yes! We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes we do! We offer discounts to Seniors and Military. We also offer bundled discounts, please ask us for more details.

Yes we do, we supply everything needed. If requested and provided, we are happy to clean with your preferred products.

Does T & S Cleaning offer sustainable earth or green products?

Yes we do have these products available upon request.

What services do you provide for hard surface flooring?

We will strip, buff and wax your floors. If you have additional needs or questions for your hard surface flooring, please contact us.

Do you clean after special events?

Yes we do, please call in at one week in advance to schedule special cleaning so we can
accommodate you.
